As the VP of Risk Management at Merchant Management Systems, Traci is
responsible for identifying and assessing corporate risk as well as
developing strategies to minimize those risks. Some specific issues she is
faced with include monitoring high-risk merchant activity as well as
overseeing all retrieval request and chargeback activity in relation to our
merchant base.
Traci joined the MMS team in 2004 after spending several years working in
the issuing side of the bankcard industry. She received her BBA in Finance
from Morehead State University in 1998. Traci is proactive in merchant
education in regards to risk issues as well as monitoring regulation
compliance. She is continuously modifying company policy and procedure to
better regulate corporate and merchant risk.
