Michael Reed
In his role as Executive Vice President and COO, Michael Reed brings to
Merchant Management Systems nearly 11 years of experience in the bankcard
industry. Michael is responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure
that all our merchant’s needs are being met in a timely and accurate
fashion. Michael is also responsible for the monitoring of individual
merchant transactions and deposits.
Prior to his time with MMS, Michael held a position as Chief Marketing
Director for Telecomm, a telemarketing firm serving charities in the eastern
U.S. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from the
University of Kentucky. Michael is focused on streamlining the application
and approval process to ensure ease in transition for both our merchants and
our agents. He is constantly pursuing new and improved ways to provide the
best support to each of our merchants.
After graduating in the top of his class at Paul G. Blazer High School, Pat
went on to receive a BBA in Management with a Minor in Marketing from the
University of Louisville. Mr. Reed served for 2 years on the Best Practices
Committee for the Electronic Transactions Association. He also successfully
established internal System Compliance standards prior to the regulated
requirements handed down by the Associations. He prides himself in
establishing an acquirer that is based upon honesty, integrity, and the best
customer service and technical support for merchants available today.
