Christy Goldsworthy
Christy Goldsworthy joined Merchant Management Systems (MMS) in 2005 as
corporate counsel. Ms. Goldsworthy received her B.A. from the University of
Kentucky in 2000, where she graduated summa cum laude as a National Merit
Scholar and a member of the Honors Program. Upon graduation she was awarded
the Otis Singletary Fellowship, the University of Kentucky’s most
prestigious recognition based on academic achievement and community
leadership. She went on to attend the University of Kentucky College of Law
where she earned her juris doctorate in 2003.
Ms. Goldsworthy’s experience includes contract negotiation, commercial
litigation, and business and financial transactions. As corporate counsel,
she advises and represents MMS in all legal matters.
